Oceanview penthouse in Paseo Caribe, Condado, San Juan

The oceanview penthouse sits on the top floor of the Paseo Caribe building, facing both the Atlantic Ocean and Condado Lagoon. From the balcony you get sunrise over the water and sunset over the city — the only unit in our portfolio with dual exposure. On clear mornings you can see all the way to the entrance of San Juan Bay; on quieter evenings the lagoon reflects the city lights back at you.

Six guests can stay comfortably, which makes this the pick for multi-generational trips (grandparents, parents, and kids together), milestone celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons), and small group trips where separate hotel rooms would defeat the point of traveling together. If you're a couple, the two of you can also book it — but it's built to hold six without anyone sleeping on a couch.



Building amenities include shared pool and hot tub access on the ground floor by the lobby, 24/7 front desk staff, elevator, and parking. WiFi is fast enough to work from — a few guests have stayed for two-week workations. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee, and a kettle. Every unit comes with beach towels and starter toiletries so you don't need to shop for basics on day one.
