Oceanview Penthouse with Ocean View and Pool

This home is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the ocean views. Definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

Positive: The communication was outstanding.

Gorgeous views in a spacious modern apartment. Positive: The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and modern. Exactly as depicted in the pictures (maybe larger than expected actually)! The views from each room were absolutely gorgeous and we loved listening to the waves crashing on the rocks from the balconies. Short walk to some of the restaurants, cafe/sandwich/ice cream shop, and Starbucks in the Hilton Caribe as well as a few local restaurants and shops. 10-15 min Uber ride to most places you will want to see (Old Town, Condado - more/better beaches, restaurants, and shops). 10-15 min walk to the beautiful Balneario El Escambron beach - Camping chairs and towels available to bring with you from the apartment. The beach right next door is for the Hilton guests only and next to that is a snorkeling area but no sand/waves. 15 min walk to a grocery store and 25 min to Condado over the bridge. Negative: The building itself was a bit dated, and the pool area was just ok. We were a bit disappointed by the immediate surrounding area of the building (felt like it used to be a popular area), but it still felt safe and was easy to access all of the other areas of interest from this central location. The sliding doors in the apartment did not always close/line up all of the way with gaps that didn't fully block out sound/light at night and the shades in the room did not do much to block out the light. This did not affect our enjoyment of the apartment very much but important to consider for families with young children.
