Uber and local taxis are readily available, and the lobby concierge can assist with booking excursions and activities. Additional amenities include air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, pet-friendly policy, and secure building access with self check-in. Essentials like linens, toiletries, and kitchen basics are provided for a seamless stay. Check-in is self-service via smart lock. Valid ID is required at reception for every guest. A welcome email will be sent via the platform, providing you with your room code and specific details about your stay. I give my guest space but am available when needed. The views are everything! Positive: The property was exactly as shown in the photos, stunning views and sparkling clean. Rosemary was an excellent host, answered any questions promptly and any problems were immediately solved. She had great suggestions on what to do and where to go for coffee or swimming, just about anything. We loved our stay, would stay again Negative: The barn doors on the bathrooms and bedrooms

Positive: The communication was outstanding.

Gorgeous views in a spacious modern apartment. Positive: The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and modern. Exactly as depicted in the pictures (maybe larger than expected actually)! The views from each room were absolutely gorgeous and we loved listening to the waves crashing on the rocks from the balconies. Short walk to some of the restaurants, cafe/sandwich/ice cream shop, and Starbucks in the Hilton Caribe as well as a few local restaurants and shops. 10-15 min Uber ride to most places you will want to see (Old Town, Condado - more/better beaches, restaurants, and shops). 10-15 min walk to the beautiful Balneario El Escambron beach - Camping chairs and towels available to bring with you from the apartment. The beach right next door is for the Hilton guests only and next to that is a snorkeling area but no sand/waves. 15 min walk to a grocery store and 25 min to Condado over the bridge. Negative: The building itself was a bit dated, and the pool area was just ok. We were a bit disappointed by the immediate surrounding area of the building (felt like it used to be a popular area), but it still felt safe and was easy to access all of the other areas of interest from this central location. The sliding doors in the apartment did not always close/line up all of the way with gaps that didn't fully block out sound/light at night and the shades in the room did not do much to block out the light. This did not affect our enjoyment of the apartment very much but important to consider for families with young children.

Photo ID should be attached to the Airbnb platform messaging before we will send out your check-in information. This is mandatory for every individual who will be staying in the apartment. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am Pre-arranged late checkout for noon is available for a fee of 50.00 as long as we can accommodate this. If this is not pre-arranged and agreed on, there is a 150.00 hour charge if you vacate after 11 am because the cleaning staff have very tight turnover schedules and this will cause a great deal of problems. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Condado Lagoon Villas is a no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana smoking building. A smoking fee of 500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Any eating should take place at the table with two chairs, not on the bed to avoid stains in the linens. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. The kitchen counter is laminate and will stain or become ruined if cut on. Organic materials that stain, such as wine, will stain the counter if they are not wiped up quickly. The wall mounted night stands will become damaged if water or ice is left to sit on them. Trays and coasters are provided to protect against this. If damaged due to negligence, the cost of replacement will be charged against the guest. Early check in will be quoted privately. If there is excessive cleaning required, the hourly rate is 75.00. All chargeable event will be requested through airbnb. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Do not hang towels from the windows. A 100 fine may be applied if you break this rule. Subletting is not allowed.
