Excellent, central location and the views are stunning. The host was very responsive and took care of any issues and questions we had. More like a hotel in that it isn't really equipped for eating in as we discovered. It's such a pretty studio, ir only needs a bit more attention to details, more pride of place, to rate a 5.

We enjoyed our stay at The Sunrise Studio. Rosemary was always quick to respond whenever I messaged her and provided great recommendations for restaurants and a surfing school. The location is also very convenient because it’s close to Old San Juan, and some restaurants are within walking distance. Even when taking an Uber, rides were only a few dollars. I’d highly recommend this place if you are traveling to San Juan.

    ID OR PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CHECK-IN PROCESS. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule. If house rules are not followed and there is excessive garbage in the studio an extra charge could be charged (up to 100% of the cleaning fee). Extra cleaning could be charged if the AC is left off as we would need to clean the mold due to moisture on the wall and ceiling. Subletting is not allowed.
